General Questions
Depending on the issue you may have, we might charge a fee. Generally there is no charge. We ask that you send us a mail with a few photo’s if possible so we can have a look. We will advise if we think there might be a charge.
Our turnaround time is all dependent on type of job and availability of products. We try our best to finish each job withing 48 hours. Emergency leaks and repairs are done within a few hours.
All our work is signed off by a senior supervisor before we invoice. We also provide a 1 year workmanship guarantee as well as a 1 year warrantee on all our products. All our products is SABS approved.
Yes, we prefer to work during normal working hours, but we also understand if our clients cannot avail themselves during the week. We ask that you just arrange the time that suits you well in advance to avoid confusion.
